Role Expectations: What You’ll Be Responsible For
Design, develop, and implement large language model (LLM)-driven AI agents capable of autonomously performing complex tasks, integrating seamlessly into our broader AI ecosystem.
Collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, and product teams to translate cutting-edge AI research into practical, high-performance AI agents, with a strong focus on LLMs and agentic systems.
Develop, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs to enhance agent behavior, enabling adaptive decision-making and learning in dynamic environments.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of AI agents powered by LLMs, continuously refining and improving their performance to meet the demands of real-world applications.
Contribute to the development of tools, frameworks, and infrastructure that expand the capabilities of LLM-driven AI agents, allowing them to address a wide range of enterprise-level use cases.
Lead efforts to resolve technical challenges around model scalability, data processing, and operational stability, ensuring AI agents perform effectively in large-scale environments.
Explore and integrate advanced AI techniques, such as reinforcement learning and fine-tuning of LLMs, to drive the continual evolution and improvement of our agent systems.
Your profile
Your Profile: What We Are Expecting From You In This Role
5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, with a recent focus on large language models and AI agents. Nice to have: 2+ years of work experience in the NLP domain pre-LLM.
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Linguistics, or a related technical field (though proven experience with LLMs and agents is more important).
5+ years of experience of developing ML-related software in Python. At least 2 years of experience of developing production soft
Ideally, additional expertise in (backend) programming languages such as Java, Go, C++ or Rust, with a strong background in developing and deploying machine learning models.
Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow), with hands-on work in building, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs.
Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing LLMs, particularly for use in autonomous agent systems. Familiar with prompting and context management for LLM orchestration in frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, Llamaindex).
Familiarity with querying databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector) and building high-performance search and ranking systems to retrieve dynamic context from structured and unstructured data.. Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and how they apply to LLM-driven agents, with additional knowledge of reinforcement learning or multi-agent systems being a plus.
Proven ability to architect scalable AI systems, focusing on the design, development, and optimization of LLM-based agents in real-world environments.
Passion for advancing the state of AI technology, especially in the domain of autonomous AI agents powered by LLMs, with a track record of delivering impactful AI solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts and innovations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
